Regional Meeting

This meeting is for the Western Regions of the diocese
for vestry members, church wardens, treasurers, envelope secretaries and parish clergy

If you have been part of one of these ministries for many years or if you have just recently been elected to such a ministry, these gatherings are for you!
There will be opportunity for ‘veterans’ to share their experience with the newly elected and there will be time for those new to a particular ministry to ask questions and receive answers!!

These gatherings will include:

• A report from the recent Visioning/Planning Weekend by Bishop Greg
• reflections on the ministry of administration by Bishop Greg
• presentations on the ministry of Vestries, Wardens, Treasurers, and Envelope Secretaries.
• a presentation from Trevor Powell, archivist, outlining what things should go to archives and what can be dispensed with in other ways.
• a discussion on safe environment issues including the police screening

There will be time for questions, discussion and sharing blessings and concerns
