    Our goal:
     *To promote a safe, home-like atmosphere that allows residents freedom of choice, and a quality of life that is meaningful to each individual. 

    Family and  friends are encouraged to participate, and are welcome anytime.

    Credentials:
    *Residents (level 2), are Assessed by a Home Care Co-ordinator and referred to the Regina Health District S.W.A.D. (System Wide Admission and Discharge) office for placement.

    Please note that although Qu'Appelle House is owned by the Diocese of Qu'Appelle, Special Care Home residents are assigned by the Regina Health District.  No preferance can be given to members of any Anglican congregation.
