Diocesan Secretary  The Reverend Winna H. Martin The Rev. Winna Martin, Functioning as Secretary to the Bishop, and for the Diocese, she is also the Receptionist for the Synod Office in her present position for 13 years. Winna is an active member of St.Paul's Cathedral, serving on Vestry, as a Deacon and Communion Assistant as well working with "People First" which is based at the Cathedral.

Synopsis Winna is a single parent with two adult children, Emilie and Jack. Also part of her "family" are; Nicki (loveable large dog) and Snowball and Izzy (very spoiled cats).
