Camp Harding
Camp Harding has had a great year. We have gone through a few board
changes. Beth Williams has become the new chair person. The Camp Committee
consists of: Tanya Condo; Rev. Joan Scandrett; Rev. Dick Kennedy; Rev. Jim
Tait; Shirlee Pollock; Jenn Andreas; Carrie Huisman; Clara Butler; Ev
Southwood. We appreciate the dedication of past members and will strive to
build on the mandate of Camp Harding.
We had three camps this year: Junior, Intermediate, and Teen. None of
them were huge groups, but all were very successful.
Camp Harding is always in need of help, be it leaders, counsellors, clergy,
cooks, craft people, camera, and donations of any kind.
Specifically, we need:
lino, and labourers to install it;
50 mattresses;
a work crew;
small bottles of hand sanitizer;
liquid hand soap;
toilet tissue;
paper towels;
garbage bags;
money.
